- If we are unable to resolve technical issues that make the system unusable within 48 hours, a full refund will be issued.
- For credit card payments, refunds usually take 20 to 31 working days to process, but in some cases they may take up to 90 days depending on the payment provider.
- We do not control processing times set by payment processors or banks.
Partial Refunds
If a refund is requested after the first 7 days, we may issue a partial refund based on the unused portion of the subscription.

- Setup issues: If you are unable to set up your device, box, or system, our support team is happy to assist you. However, refunds are not available for issues related to personal setup or device configuration.
- Temporary service interruptions: Some channels may occasionally freeze or buffer due to internet fluctuations, maintenance, or ISP-related issues. These are usually temporary.
- Channel or server issues: If a specific channel or server issue happens, we will work to fix it as soon as possible. If the issue lasts longer than 48 hours, we may either issue a full refund or extend the subscription to compensate for lost time.
